Instructions for filling out online application form
  • The information you provide in the IMT Common Application Form is important for processing your application. Please fill it out carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
  • All communication with applicants will be sent to the registered email address and/or mobile number provided in the application form. Use an email address and mobile number that will remain active throughout the admission process. Also, check the 'IMT Admissions Portal' regularly for updates.
  • Do not share your username or password with anyone. This will help keep your account safe and secure.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email after completing the online application form, you can check the 'IMT Admissions Portal' for real-time updates on your application status. Log in using your login credentials or Mobile OTP.
  • Payment details of the application form
  • Applicants can pay the application fee of Rs 3500/- through Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Unified Payments Interface (UPI). Bank charges may apply.
  • The candidate will receive a generated application number of seven digits (stating with 26) upon successful online payment of the application form. It is important to save this number for future communication with the IMT Admissions Office.
  • Applicants are required to provide their personal bank account details (the beneficiary must be the candidate) in the application form to enable a refund in case of a duplicate transaction. Please note that a personal bank account is mandatory for processing any kind of refund by IMT in the future. Kindly ensure that the details are entered correctly.
  • Application fee is non-refundable.
